As the operator of "PagePop," we understand the importance of personal information to you. We fully respect your personal information and data and will make every effort to protect the security and reliability of your personal information and data. This policy applies only to user information and data collected and stored by "PagePop."

To effectively protect users' privacy rights and interests and optimize user experience, we have formulated this Privacy Service Agreement in accordance with current regulations and policies. We hope that you carefully read it before using the services and clearly confirm that you have fully understood and accepted its contents, and that you can make appropriate choices based on your own understanding.

This Privacy Service Agreement will help you understand the following:

  • The personal information covered by this Privacy Service Agreement includes:

Basic information (including personal name and personal phone number); personal location information; online identity information (including system accounts, IP addresses, email addresses, and related passwords and security protection); personal internet records (including search records, software usage records, and click records); commonly used personal device information (including hardware serial number, hardware model, and device MAC address); network information (WIFI-SSID network status).

  • Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided, or abused, may endanger personal and property safety and is highly likely to cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Sensitive personal information involved in this Privacy Service Agreement includes: online identity information (including account name, account nickname, email address, and related passwords and password protection questions and answers); other information (including personal phone number, mobile phone number, and web browsing records); and relevant identity proof.
  • We will collect and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Service Agreement, but we will not collect personal information in a bundled, one-time, compulsory manner solely because you agree to this Privacy Service Agreement.

1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

You acknowledge and agree that, when you register an account or use the services, we collect hardware serial number, hardware model, device MAC address, and store users' internet usage and log information during front-end and back-end operation. Such information is basic information that must be collected to ensure normal product operation and service provision.

Before you use the services, we will guide you to read this Agreement and, based on your acceptance of this Agreement, obtain your relevant personal information. If you do not agree to provide personal information, you will be unable to use all or part of the functions and services of "PagePop," participate in certain activities, or receive our notices. When you use functions provided by our affiliates or third parties in "PagePop," or when software service providers, smart device providers, system service providers, and we jointly provide services to you, we will share information necessary to implement the business, including hardware serial number, hardware model, and device MAC address, with such affiliates and third parties. The third-party companies involved include: Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. and Sensors Network Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

We will collect information that you actively provide when using the services, as well as information generated during your use of functions or receipt of services through automated means, in the following ways:

1.1 Registration and Login

a. When you register for or log in to "PagePop" and related services, you may create an account through a mobile phone number, and you may complete related online identity information, including avatar, nickname, and password. Collecting a mobile phone number is necessary to fulfill the requirements of national laws and regulations on online real-name systems (real identity information authentication). If you refuse to provide a mobile phone number for registration or login to "PagePop," we may be unable to provide you with relevant functions and services.

b. You may also use a third-party account to log in and use the services. You will authorize us to obtain public information registered by you on the third-party platform, including avatar, nickname, and other information you authorize, to bind it to the "PagePop" account so that you can directly log in to and use this product and related services.

c. Based on our cooperation with telecommunications operators, when you use the "one-click login" function, after obtaining your express consent, we will send your commonly used personal device information to the telecommunications operator. The operator will send your mobile phone number to us so that we can provide you with convenient login services. Mobile phone numbers are sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide them, you will be unable to use the "one-click login" registration and login method, but this will not affect your registration and login through other methods or the normal use of other functions.

1.2 Browsing

a. To facilitate your browsing of "PagePop" content, we may collect necessary log information.

b. Log information used for information display includes:

Information you actively provide: feedback, publishing

c. We de-identify the foregoing information we collect and use. Data analysis corresponds only to specific codes that cannot be directly associated with your identity and will not be associated with your true identity.

1.3 Generation

We provide you with AI content generation services, including image and text generation, based on artificial intelligence ("AI") model technology. To provide services to you, we will collect text, images, and other content and instructions that you actively choose or enter. We will analyze the foregoing information to better generate content that meets your instructions and requirements. At the same time, after secure encryption processing and strict de-identification, and on the premise that specific individuals cannot be re-identified, we may use the collected data and corresponding model-generated content for model optimization, and continuously adjust and optimize model performance.

When you use AI content generation, including but not limited to importing materials and exporting Generated Content, we will request your authorization for photos, storage, and other relevant permissions based on the specific functions and service types you use. If you refuse authorization, you will be unable to use functions such as importing materials and exporting Generated Content, but this will not affect your use of other functions of "PagePop."

To implement relevant functions, for technical reasons we need to upload the original material content that you actively choose or upload to the server for processing. Some functions require analysis and processing of material content containing faces or voices. Please rest assured that the foregoing material content is used only to implement the generation effects of the corresponding functions and services, and will not be used to identify a specific individual, verify personal identity, or for other purposes.

1.4 Secure Operation

1.4.1 Security Assurance Functions

We are committed to providing you with a safe and trustworthy product and usage environment. Providing high-quality and reliable services is our core goal. Information collected to implement security assurance functions is necessary information.

1.4.2 Device Information and Log Information

To ensure the secure operation, operational quality, and efficiency of the software and services, during your use we will collect data such as hardware serial number, hardware model, network device hardware address, IP address, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, and service logs.

We may collect account information, device information, service log information generated during your use, and information that our affiliates and partners are authorized by you or lawfully permitted to provide to us, to determine account security, perform identity verification, identify illegal or non-compliant situations, detect and prevent security incidents, and lawfully take necessary recording, analysis, and handling measures.

1.5 Changes in the Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information

Please understand that, as our business develops, the functions and services provided by "PagePop" may be adjusted and changed. In principle, when new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the collection and use of personal information will have a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we will notify you again and obtain your consent before collecting or using your personal information.

1.6 Personal Information Collected and Used Without Consent in Accordance With Law

Please understand that, under the following circumstances and according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we do not need your authorized consent to collect and use your personal information:

a. Directly related to national security or national defense security;

b. Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

d. For the purpose of protecting the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, where it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent;

e. Your personal information collected is information that you have disclosed to the public yourself;

f. Your personal information is collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports or government information disclosure channels;

g. Necessary for concluding or performing a contract at your request;

h. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the software and related services, such as discovering and handling faults in the software and related services;

i. Necessary for lawful news reporting;

j. Necessary for statistical or academic research conducted by academic research institutions in the public interest, and the personal information contained in results provided externally for academic research or description has been de-identified;

k. Other circumstances provided by laws and regulations.

Please pay special attention that, if information cannot identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, it is not your personal information in the legal sense. When your information can identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific personal information with your other personal information, such information will be treated and protected as your personal information under this Privacy Service Agreement during the period of combined use.

2. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used internet technologies. Cookies can help websites identify registered users and count user numbers, and websites commonly use them to determine whether registered users have logged in. The operator undertakes that research on cookie information is used only for improving service/product quality and optimizing user experience. At the same time, if you do not want personal information retained in cookies, you can configure your browser to "reject cookies" or "notify you when a website sends cookies." You know that, because PagePop services are implemented through cookie support, after you disable cookies, your access to or full use of the services may be affected. If you do not disable cookies, you may receive a prompt asking whether to retain user information the next time you enter this website to simplify login procedures, such as one-click login.

The operator uses "web beacon" methods for the same purposes as cookies.

When you use relevant services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access to and use of this product. We undertake that we will not use Cookies for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Service Agreement. We mainly use Cookies and similar technologies to implement the following functions or services:

2.1 Ensuring Safe and Efficient Operation of Products and Services

We may set authentication and security-protection cookies or anonymous identifiers so that we can confirm whether you are securely logged in to the services or whether theft, fraud, or other unlawful conduct has occurred. These technologies also help us improve service efficiency and increase login and response speed.

2.2 Helping You Obtain an Easier Access Experience

Using such technologies can help you avoid repeated steps and processes of filling in personal information and entering search content, such as recording searches.

2.3 Displaying Relevant Content to You

a. We may use Cookies and similar technologies to understand your preferences and usage habits, perform data analysis, and improve product services.

b. On sharing pages, we may use cookies to record browsing activities, for the purpose of displaying information to you, investigating crashes, latency, and related abnormal situations, and exploring better service methods.

2.4 Cookie Clearing

Most browsers provide users with the function to clear browser cache data, and you can perform corresponding data clearing operations in browser settings. If you clear such data, due to these changes, you may be unable to use services or corresponding functions provided by the Company that depend on Cookies.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information

3.1 Sharing

3.1.1 Sharing Principles

Based on effective protection of your information and with your consent, we will de-label the information collected from you to protect your information security. We hope you understand and accept that, without disclosing your personal information, the operator has the right to analyze your information and commercially use it.

a. Lawfulness principle: Data processing activities shall comply with the lawfulness principle.

b. Authorization and consent principle: Sharing your personal information with our affiliates and third parties requires your authorized consent, unless the shared personal information is de-identified information and the third party receiving it cannot re-identify the natural person subject of such information. d. Security and prudence principle: We will prudently evaluate the purposes for which affiliates and third parties use shared information, comprehensively assess the security capability of these partners, and require them to comply with cooperation legal agreements. We will strictly monitor the channels through which partners obtain information to protect data security.

Special note: According to law, if information cannot identify a specific individual alone or in combination with other information, it is not personal information. When your information can identify you alone or in combination with other information, or when we combine data not linked to any specific individual with your personal information, we will treat and protect it as your personal information under this Privacy Policy.

a. When you use functions provided by our affiliates or third parties in "PagePop," we will share de-identified personal information with such affiliates and third parties.

a. Ensuring usage security: We attach great importance to account and service security. To protect the account and property security of you and other users and to protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of you and us from unlawful infringement, we and affiliated companies or service providers may share necessary device, account, and log information.

b. Analyzing product usage: To analyze the use of our services and improve user experience, we may share statistical data on product usage, such as crashes and flashbacks, with affiliates or third parties. Such data is difficult to combine with other information to identify your personal identity.

c. Please understand that we use the following third-party service providers to help us meet business operation needs and improve services. When you use services provided by "PagePop," you separately agree that we may share your personal information with such third-party service providers in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will share your personal information with such third-party service providers only for lawful, proper, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes:

3.2 Transfer

a. We will not transfer your personal information to any other third party unless we obtain your express consent.

b. As our business continues to develop, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. When the foregoing changes occur, we will require the successor to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and security standards no lower than those stated in this Privacy Service Agreement; otherwise, we will require the successor to obtain your authorized consent again.

3.3 Disclosure

a. We will not publicly disclose your information unless we comply with national laws and regulations or obtain your consent. When we publicly disclose your personal information, we will use security protection measures that comply with industry standards.

b. When issuing penalty announcements for non-compliant accounts or fraudulent conduct, we will disclose information about the relevant accounts.

3.4 Change of Operating Entity

As our business continues to develop, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. When the foregoing changes occur, we will require the successor to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and security standards no lower than those stated in this Privacy Policy. If the successor changes the original processing purpose or processing method, we will require the successor to obtain your authorized consent again.

3.5 Personal Information Shared, Transferred, or Publicly Disclosed Without Consent in Accordance With Law

Please understand that, under the following circumstances and according to laws, regulations, and national standards, we do not need your authorized consent to share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information:

a. Directly related to national security or national defense security;

4. How We Store Personal Information

4.1 Storage Location

In accordance with laws and regulations, we will take appropriate security measures and technical means to store and protect your personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access or leakage, tampering, or destruction. Personal information collected and generated during our domestic operations will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we will not transmit the foregoing information overseas. If we transmit it overseas, we will comply with relevant national regulations or seek your consent.

According to this clause, we only allow the operator's employees and/or third parties who need to know such information to access personal information, and require them to perform corresponding confidentiality obligations.

4.2 Storage Period

We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide products and services, and store different levels of personal information for different periods. The storage periods strictly follow laws and relevant regulations, with a minimum period of no less than 6 months. After the necessary period is exceeded, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where laws and regulations provide otherwise.

5. How We Protect the Security of Personal Information

a. We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and will make efforts to take reasonable security measures, including technical and management measures, to protect your personal information and prevent personal information you provide from being improperly used or accessed, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost, or leaked without authorization.

b. We will use encryption technology, anonymization processing, and related reasonable and feasible means no less protective than industry peers to protect your personal information, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks against your personal information.

c. We will establish dedicated security departments, security management systems, and data security processes to protect the security of your personal information. We adopt strict data use and access systems to ensure that only authorized personnel may access your personal information. d. Although the foregoing reasonable and effective measures have been taken and standards required by relevant laws have been complied with, please understand that, due to technical limitations and the possible existence of various malicious means, in the internet industry, even if every effort is made to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% information security. We will make every effort to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us.

e. You acknowledge and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may encounter problems due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect the security of personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing your account password or related personal information to others.

f. We will formulate emergency response plans and immediately activate them when user information security incidents occur, making efforts to prevent the impact and consequences of such security incidents from expanding. Once a user information security incident (leakage or loss) occurs, we will, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant incident situation by notice, email, letter, SMS, and related forms. Where it is difficult to inform users one by one, we will issue an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. g. Once you leave "PagePop" and related services and browse or use other websites, services, or content resources, we will have no ability or direct obligation to protect any personal information you submit to software or websites outside PagePop and related services, regardless of whether your login, browsing, or use of the foregoing software or websites is based on links or guidance from PagePop.

6. Managing Your Personal Information

We attach great importance to your management of personal information and make every effort to protect your rights related to querying, accessing, modifying, deleting, withdrawing consent authorization, canceling accounts, submitting complaints and reports, and setting privacy functions for your personal information, so that you have the ability to protect your privacy and information security.

6.1 Changing or Withdrawing the Scope of Authorization

Please understand that specific business functions and services require your information to be completed. After you change or withdraw the scope of authorization, we will be unable to continue providing services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and we will no longer collect information related to those permissions. However, this will not affect personal information processing previously conducted based on your authorization.

Before you cancel your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, and similar matters. You acknowledge and understand that account cancellation is irreversible and takes effect immediately after completion. After you cancel your account, we will delete relevant information about you or anonymize it, except where laws and regulations provide otherwise.

6.4 Complaints and Reports

If you believe that your personal information rights may have been infringed, or discover clues of infringement of personal information rights, for example, you believe that our collection of your personal information violates legal provisions or the parties' agreement, you may contact us by sending an email to support@pagepop.cn. After verification, we will provide feedback on your complaint or report within fifteen business days.

6.6 Notice to You Upon Cessation of Operations

If we cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations in a reasonable form, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you.

7. Terms for Minors

Our products, websites, and services are primarily directed to adults. Without the consent of parents or guardians, minors should not create their own personal information subject accounts. We expect parents or guardians to guide minors in using our services.

a. If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using "PagePop" related services, you should read and agree to this Privacy Service Agreement together with your parents or other guardians under their supervision and guidance, and use our services or provide your information to us only after obtaining the consent of your parents or guardians.

b. If you are the guardian of a minor, before your ward registers for, logs in to, or uses "PagePop" related services, you should accompany and guide your ward to read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

c. We protect minors' personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, and will collect, use, store, share, transfer, or disclose minors' personal information only where permitted by law, expressly consented to by parents or other guardians, or necessary to protect minors. If we discover that we have collected minors' personal information without prior consent from the minor's parents or other guardians, we will try to delete the relevant information as soon as possible. "PagePop" will protect the confidentiality and security of personal information of minors, including children under 14 and young persons who are at least 14 but under 18, in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. 8. Revisions and Notices of the Privacy Service Agreement

a. To provide you with better services and as our business develops, this Privacy Service Agreement will also be updated accordingly. Such revisions constitute part of this Privacy Service Agreement and have the same effect as this Privacy Service Agreement. However, without your express consent, we will not reduce the rights you should enjoy under the currently effective Privacy Service Agreement.

b. After this Privacy Policy is updated, we will remind you of the relevant updates through website announcements or other appropriate means so that you can timely learn the latest Privacy Service Agreement.

c. We may also help you better manage your personal information through function updates. Please pay attention to relevant function descriptions.
