1. Usage Notice
1.1 Welcome to the "PagePop" service!
"PagePop" refers to the products and services provided to you through the website (https://agent.pagepop.cn/) lawfully owned and operated by 北京灵动创作智能科技有限公司 (Beijing Lingdong Chuangzuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) (registered address: 北京市平谷区林荫北街 13 号信息大厦 802 室 - 25123 集群注册) and its affiliates, including but not limited to core functions such as AI content generation (images, text, videos, etc.), information publishing, search queries, and other functions. The PagePop User Agreement (the "Agreement") is the agreement between you and the Company regarding your registration, login, and use (collectively, "use") of the "PagePop" service.
1.2 Before you begin using the "PagePop" software and related services, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement. Important content, especially liability exemptions or limitations and user conduct rules, will be highlighted in bold, and you should read them carefully.
1.3 Minors (meaning persons under the age of eighteen) should carefully read and fully understand this Agreement under the accompaniment of their legal guardian, and use "PagePop" related services only after obtaining the consent of their legal guardian.
1.4 If you do not agree to this Agreement, the Company will be unable to provide you with complete products and services, and you may choose to stop using them. If you independently choose to agree to or use "PagePop" related services, you are deemed to have fully understood this Agreement and to agree, as a party to this Agreement, to be bound by this Agreement and other agreements and rules related to "PagePop" related services, including but not limited to the PagePop Privacy Service Agreement.
The Company has the right, based on the needs of "PagePop" related services or operations, to unilaterally decide to arrange or designate its affiliates, controlled companies, successor companies, or third-party companies recognized by the Company to continue operating "PagePop." In addition, certain services under this Agreement may be provided to you by the Company's affiliates, controlled companies, successor companies, or third-party companies recognized by the Company. You acknowledge and agree that accepting the relevant service content means that the relevant rights and obligations are also subject to this Agreement.

2. Services Provided by "PagePop"
2.1 During your use of "PagePop," you may enter text, images, and other content into "PagePop" and generate AI works through the artificial intelligence ("AI") model technology we provide. In addition, we also provide you with various services such as information publishing and search queries.
2.2 You may use our products and services by visiting the official "PagePop" website. If you obtain "PagePop" products or services through unofficial channels, we cannot guarantee that such version is an official version, nor can we ensure that the relevant version of PagePop can be used normally. If you suffer losses from using an unofficial version of "PagePop," except where laws and regulations expressly provide otherwise, we will not assume any compensation or reimbursement liability.
2.3 To better improve user experience and services, the Company will provide updates or changes to "PagePop" related services from time to time. You may independently choose whether to use "PagePop" related services as needed. If you choose not to update, some functions of "PagePop" may be restricted or may not work normally. To help you better use "PagePop," the Company will also, where feasible, remind you of service updates or changes in an appropriate manner. If you do not wish to use the updated "PagePop," you may uninstall it yourself.
2.4 We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive lawful right to use "PagePop." All other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement remain reserved by us. Unless you obtain the Company's express prior written authorization, you may not access or use "PagePop" related services in any unauthorized form, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring, or trading.
2.5 You understand that, to use "PagePop" related services, you must prepare terminal equipment related to the services, such as computers and other devices, at your own expense. Once you access "PagePop" related websites through your terminal equipment, you are deemed to be using "PagePop" related services. To fully realize all functions of "PagePop," you may need to connect your terminal equipment to the internet, and you understand that you shall bear the required costs, such as data fees and internet access fees.
3. "PagePop" Account
3.1 We provide a registration channel for "PagePop" accounts. You may register and log in to "PagePop" through a mobile phone number or a user account of third-party software or platforms that you lawfully own, except where such third-party software or platforms restrict or prohibit this. You must ensure that the user account of the third-party software or platform you use has completed real identity information authentication and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
3.2 You have the right to independently set "PagePop" account information such as nickname, avatar, and profile. You understand and undertake that the account you set up must not violate national laws and regulations or the relevant rules of "PagePop." Your account name, avatar, registration information, and other personal information must not contain illegal or harmful information. Without another person's express written permission, you may not open a "PagePop" account in another person's name, or impersonate or imitate another person's name, title, trade name, trademark, avatar, or other account information. You may not maliciously register "PagePop" accounts, including but not limited to frequent registration or batch registration of accounts. During account use, you may not mislead the public in any way to confuse the account owner, especially by creating confusion with institutions or individuals widely known to the public, and may not harm others' lawful rights and interests such as personality rights or property rights in any form. We have the right to review the account information you submit. If the account information you submit does not comply with laws, administrative regulations, government rules, or this Agreement, we have the right to take disposal measures provided by laws and regulations, including warnings, reminders, correction within a time limit, resetting account information, restricting account functions, suspending use, closing the account, and prohibiting re-registration.
3.3 Account Cancellation
3.3.1 When you need to terminate use of account services, you may apply to cancel your account if the following conditions are met:
(1)You may only apply to cancel your own account and must cancel it according to the process;
(2)You remain responsible for your conduct before account cancellation and during your use of the services;
(3)After cancellation succeeds, account records, functions, and similar items cannot be restored or provided.
For avoidance of doubt, after account cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in to that account, and the following information in the account will be deleted and cannot be restored:
a. All personal data and information of that account;
b. Works created by that account;
3.3.2 If you need to cancel your account, please find the user page and click the account avatar to perform the account cancellation operation.
The Company will assist you in canceling your account after completing reasonable and necessary verification of personal identity, security status, device information, infringement complaints, and other matters, and will delete all information related to your account according to your request, except where laws and regulations provide otherwise.
3.4 You may choose the following ways to enter "PagePop":
(1)Login through a mobile phone number;
(2)Login through a third-party account, including but not limited to WeChat login. When you log in and use the service through an existing account as described above, you must ensure that the corresponding account has completed real-name registration, and the relevant terms of this Agreement also apply.
3.5 After user registration succeeds, "PagePop" will provide each user with a user account and will store the Token obtained after login through WeChat.
After user registration succeeds, you may use relevant services through your own account, including but not limited to editing and publishing, and you shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility yourself.
3.6 Your "PagePop" account is limited to your personal use. Without the Company's permission, you are prohibited from gifting, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or otherwise permitting others to use the account in any form. If the Company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, to protect account security, the Company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate services to that registered account, or cancel that account.
3.7 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account, and you bear all legal responsibility for activities conducted in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to all legal responsibilities that may arise from any data modification and other operational acts you conduct on "PagePop" related services. You should attach great importance to account confidentiality and must not disclose your account to others under any circumstances. If you discover that others have used your account without permission or any other security vulnerability occurs, you should immediately notify the Company.
3.8 When registering, using, and managing an account, you must ensure the authenticity of the identity information filled in during account registration. Please use true, accurate, lawful, and valid identity documents and necessary information when registering and managing the account. According to national laws and regulations, to use some functions of "PagePop" related services, you need to fill in true identity information. Please complete real-name authentication according to relevant laws and pay attention to timely updating the relevant information. If the materials you submit or information you provide are inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, unlawful, or the Company has reason to suspect that they are incorrect, false, or unlawful, the Company has the right to refuse to provide you with relevant services, and you may be unable to use "PagePop" related services or some functions may be restricted during use.
3.9 After you complete "PagePop" account registration, login, and reasonable and necessary identity verification, you may browse and modify the personal identity information you submitted at any time. You understand and agree that, for security and identity verification reasons, you may be unable to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided at registration.
3.10 You understand and agree that, to fully use account resources, if you do not log in and use the account for the first time in a timely manner after registration or if you do not log in to and use the account for more than ten consecutive months, the Company has the right to reclaim your account. If your account is reclaimed, you may be unable to log in to and use "PagePop" related services through the account you previously held, and any personalized settings and usage records saved under that account cannot be restored. Before reclaiming your account, the Company will remind you in an appropriate manner. If you still do not log in to or use the account within a certain period after receiving the relevant reminder, the Company will reclaim the account.
If your account is reclaimed, you may register a new account to log in to and use "PagePop" related services. Your registration of a new account and login and use are still subject to the relevant terms of this Agreement.
4. Protection of Users' Personal Information
4.1 During your use of the "PagePop" software and related services, you may need to provide your personal information, including but not limited to your name and phone number, so that the Company can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. The Company will collect your personal information according to relevant national laws, regulations, and standards to ensure normal service operation and optimize and improve product functions.
To timely handle your complaints, suggestions, and other requests, "PagePop" needs to use your account and related information to understand, handle, and respond to your needs in a timely manner. If necessary, it may also need to use your mobile phone number or contact you through other communication methods.
4.2 Respecting and protecting users' personal private information is the Company's consistent principle. The Company will fully protect users' personal private information through technical means, strengthened internal management, and other methods, except in the following circumstances:
(1)Prior express authorization from the user is obtained;
(2)To protect social public interests;
(3)Information disclosed by the user on the internet or other personal information that has been lawfully disclosed;
(4)The user infringes the lawful rights and interests of "PagePop" and the Company, and it is necessary to protect the foregoing lawful rights and interests within a necessary scope;
(5)According to the requirements of relevant government authorities or judicial authorities;
(6)According to the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, or policies;
(7)Other circumstances that "PagePop" considers necessary.

5. User Conduct Rules
5.1 User Conduct Requirements
You are responsible for your conduct in using "PagePop" related services. Unless permitted by law or with the Company's prior written permission, you may not engage in the following conduct when using "PagePop" related services:
5.1.1 Using any plug-ins, add-ons, systems, or third-party tools not authorized or permitted by the Company to interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of "PagePop" related services.
5.1.2 Using or targeting "PagePop" related services to engage in any conduct that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to:
(1)Illegally intruding into networks, interfering with normal network functions, stealing network data, or other activities that endanger network security;
(2)Providing programs or tools specially used to engage in activities that endanger network security, such as intruding into networks, interfering with normal network functions and protection measures, or stealing network data;
(3)Knowingly providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, or other assistance to others engaged in activities that endanger network security;
(4)Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5)Entering public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;
(6)Attempting, without permission, to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in the "PagePop" system or network, or otherwise engaging in conduct that undermines network security;
(7)Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the "PagePop" system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or engaging in other conduct that disrupts normal network information services;
(8)Forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names;
(9)Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of "PagePop" related services;
(10)Maliciously registering "PagePop" accounts, including but not limited to frequent or batch account registration;
(11)Other conduct that violates laws and regulations, this Agreement, the Company's relevant rules, or infringes others' lawful rights and interests.
5.1.3 If the Company has reason to believe that your conduct violates or may violate the foregoing provisions, the Company may independently judge and handle it, and has the right at any time to terminate the provision of services to you without prior notice and pursue relevant liability in accordance with law.
5.2 Information Content Display and Rules
5.2.1 You acknowledge and undertake that, when using "PagePop" AI related services, you shall respect privacy and ethics and pay attention to protecting data security. You must not input or share any unauthorized personal information, confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, or other types of unauthorized information. You shall respect others' lawful rights and interests, ensure that your input content is lawful and compliant, owned by you or lawfully authorized, and you must not input or share any unauthorized content or infringe others' copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, portrait rights, name rights, voice rights, reputation rights, honor rights, or other rights and interests. You may not use AI to impersonate others to carry out infringing, illegal, or unlawful activities, and may not use new technologies and applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, and generative AI to generate, produce, publish, or disseminate rumors, false information, or other illegal content.
5.2.2 Information you produce, publish, or disseminate, including but not limited to undisclosed private content uploaded to the "PagePop" platform, shall consciously comply with requirements including the Cybersecurity Law, the Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services, the Provisions on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content, the Provisions on the Administration of Internet News Information Services, and other laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' lawful rights and interests, social public order, moral customs, and information truthfulness. Otherwise, the Company has the right to immediately take corresponding handling measures. If you generate, publish, or disseminate information concerning domestic or foreign current affairs, public policies, social events, or related matters, you shall accurately mark the source of the information. You agree and undertake not to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate the following information:
(1)Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2)Endangering national security or leaking state secrets;
(3)Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting separatism, or undermining national unity;
(4)Damaging national honor and interests;
(5)Containing incorrect statements about Party or government-related content;
(6)Promoting terrorism or extremism;
(7)Promoting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(8)Inciting regional discrimination or regional hatred;
(9)Undermining national religious policies, or promoting cults or feudal superstition;
(10)Involving any organization or individual preaching, forwarding or linking related content, carrying out religious education and training, publishing religious activities, or fundraising in the name of religion;
(11)Publishing or disclosing military secrets or other military- or police-related content that you have accessed or learned;
(12)Fabricating or spreading rumors or false information, disrupting economic or social order, or undermining social stability;
(13)Containing any sexual or sexually suggestive content or other vulgar information;
(14)Disseminating or spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or content that instigates crime;
(15)Endangering cybersecurity or using the internet to engage in activities that endanger national security, honor, or interests;
(16)Insulting or defaming others, or infringing others' lawful rights and interests;
(17)Violently intimidating or threatening others, or conducting doxxing;
(18)Involving others' privacy, personal information, or materials;
(19)Spreading vulgar language or damaging social public order and good morals;
(20)Involving others' privacy, personal information, or materials, or infringing others' lawful rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, name rights, intellectual property rights, or trade secrets;
(21)Containing other information that infringes the lawful rights and interests of other users or other third parties;
(22)Disseminating illegal advertisements, commercial advertisements, information similar to commercial solicitations, excessive marketing information, spam, or content determined by national authorities to be illegal advertisements or illegal information;
(23)Commenting in languages or scripts other than those commonly used on this Website;
(24)Being entirely unrelated to the information being commented on;
(25)Being meaningless information, or deliberately using character combinations to evade technical review;
(26)Infringing the lawful rights and interests of minors or harming the physical or mental health of minors;
(27)Containing terrorist, violent and bloody, highly dangerous, or harmful content that endangers the physical or mental health of performers themselves or others, including but not limited to:
i. Any violent and/or self-harm content;
ii. Any content involving life- or health-threatening performances using knives or other dangerous equipment that endangers the personal and/or property rights of oneself or others;
iii. Content that encourages or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death;
(28)Other information containing content that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good morals, interferes with the normal operation of "PagePop," or infringes the lawful rights and interests of other users or third parties.
(29)Other content that we consider unsuitable for display.
5.2.3 You must not input, generate, produce, copy, publish, or disseminate deceptive, highly dangerous, or physically or mentally harmful content involving performers themselves or others:
(1)Any deceptive content such as scams, fraud, or misleading information;
(2)Any violent and/or self-harm content;
(3)Any content that threatens life or health, involves performances using dangerous equipment, or whose performance method may endanger the personal and/or property safety of oneself or others;
(4)Content that encourages or induces others to participate in dangerous activities that may cause personal injury or death.
5.2.4 You must not input, generate, produce, copy, publish, or disseminate information that disrupts the Platform's business order, including but not limited to spam, commercial solicitations, excessive marketing information, or information that deliberately uses character combinations to evade technical review.
5.2.5 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your conduct violates or may violate the foregoing provisions, we have the right to handle it, including but not limited to warnings and reminders, restricting account functions, suspending or terminating all or part of "PagePop" services to you without prior notice, and pursuing the legal responsibility of relevant parties in accordance with law.
5.2.6 The Company has established a public complaint and reporting platform. You may contact the Company at support@pagepop.cn to complain about or report various illegal or non-compliant acts, illegal dissemination activities, illegal and harmful information, and similar content. The Company will promptly accept and handle your complaints and reports to jointly create a clean and healthy online space.
If you discover any content on the official "PagePop" website that infringes your rights, you may notify the Company at support@pagepop.cn and provide evidence that you have the relevant rights. The Company will handle your complaint in a timely manner according to relevant legal provisions. If content you publish on "PagePop" is complained against by the relevant rights holder for infringement and is handled, and you do not accept the handling result, you may contact the Company at support@pagepop.cn to submit a non-infringement statement and relevant rights proof materials for appeal. The Company will likewise handle your appeal in a timely manner according to relevant legal provisions.
5.3 AI Generated Synthetic Service Rules
5.3.1 You must not use new technologies and applications based on deep learning, virtual reality, or similar technologies to produce, publish, or disseminate false information content. When publishing or disseminating non-real information content produced using new technologies and applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, and generative AI, or other information content that may cause public confusion or mislead people, you shall mark it prominently.
5.3.2 You acknowledge and agree that we attach great importance to model content safety and will make efforts to take reasonable security measures to filter inappropriate/harmful content produced by the model, and to make its output results comply with expected standards as much as possible. However, we cannot completely exclude the possibility of errors. If you encounter such a situation, please provide feedback to us promptly, and we will promptly handle false, dangerous, or biased information to further optimize the model.
5.3.3 You acknowledge and agree that, given the nature of machine learning and artificial intelligence, it is difficult for us to guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or reliability of model-generated content, and it may provide incorrect or false outputs. Outputs are for general information and reference only and do not constitute information or advice for you to rely on. You should evaluate the accuracy of any output according to your needs.
5.3.4 You acknowledge and agree that you should understand generative AI technology scientifically and rationally and use it in accordance with law. You must not violate this Agreement or Platform rules. You must understand and strictly comply with the requirements of laws, administrative regulations, and rules including the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on the Administration of Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content, and the Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services, and bear legal responsibility that may arise from your own illegal conduct. "PagePop" makes no guarantee regarding Generated Content. You should independently make objective and prudent judgments and verifications regarding Generated Content. Any consequences and liabilities arising from judgments you make based on Generated Content or subsequent related operations conducted on that basis, including but not limited to risks arising from reliance on the truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, uniqueness, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose of Generated Content and further use thereof, shall be borne by you.
5.3.5 You acknowledge and agree that the generative AI technology services we provide are provided as they can be achieved under existing technology and conditions. We make every effort to ensure service continuity and security, but we cannot guarantee that the services provided are flawless, nor can we foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at all times. Under no circumstances, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, shall the Company, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, collateral, special, consequential, penal, or disciplinary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or other losses suffered by you as a result of using the technical service. Except where laws and regulations expressly provide otherwise, the Company's total liability to you, regardless of cause or form of conduct, shall always not exceed the fees you paid to the Company during your use of this technical service, if any.
5.3.6 For text, images, and other content generated or synthesized by AI technology through this technical service, we have the right to add AI generated synthetic content labels based on the requirements of laws and regulations, including adding display labels that you can clearly perceive in generated or synthesized content or interactive scene interfaces, and adding implicit labels to the file metadata of generated or synthesized content, collectively "AI Labels." You should carefully read and understand the requirements for label management under laws and regulations related to AI Labels, such as the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content, and comply with AI Label compliance requirements in your subsequent use. Please understand and note that, if you fail to add display labels to AI content according to the requirements of laws and regulations, causing public confusion or misleading people, the resulting consequences and responsibilities shall be borne by you.
5.4 If you discover non-compliant content, you may contact the Company at support@pagepop.cn to submit a complaint.
5.5 If the Company discovers or receives a complaint that a user account violates the foregoing rules, the Company has the right to delete or block relevant content and to take actions such as canceling the corresponding account.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights in "PagePop" products and services belong to us, including but not limited to software, technology, programs, webpages, text, images, audio, videos, charts, layout designs, and electronic documents, except where relevant rights holders should enjoy rights according to law. The copyrights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights in the software on which we rely to provide "PagePop" products and services belong to us, or we have obtained valid authorization.
6.2 During your use of "PagePop," you may submit text, images, and other content to "PagePop" (collectively, "Input Content"), and "PagePop" may generate images, text, and other content in response to your Input Content (collectively, "Generated Content"). The specific types of Input Content and Generated Content are subject to the actual product functions. You understand and undertake that Input Content and content you generate when using "PagePop," including but not limited to text, images, and all other forms of content and all components contained therein, such as music, sounds, lines, visual designs, and dialogues, are original to you or lawfully authorized, and do not contain any content that violates laws and regulations, infringes others' lawful rights and interests, including but not limited to copyright, patent rights, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights, personality rights, personal information rights and interests, or violates public order and good morals. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the intellectual property rights and other property rights, if any, in the Input Content, Generated Content, and published information content you use on "PagePop" belong to you or the rights holder who lawfully enjoys such intellectual property rights.
6.3 To continuously improve the services that "PagePop" provides to you, you understand and agree that, with respect to the Input Content, Generated Content, and published information content you use on "PagePop," you grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, multi-level sublicensable right to use them to provide you with services under this Agreement, optimize our product services and models, and ensure service security and stability. If you do not want us to use them for the foregoing purposes, you may contact us by sending an email to support@pagepop.cn.
6.4 To better share and promote your works and improve their communication value and influence, with respect to the information content you generate through "PagePop," you grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, multi-level sublicensable right, including the rights of modification, reproduction, translation, compilation, information network dissemination, adaptation, creation of derivative works, performance, and display. The scope of use of the foregoing rights includes use on "PagePop" or other websites, applications, smart terminal devices, and other products. You agree that we have the right to use the foregoing content ourselves or authorize third parties to use it in any publicity, promotion, advertising, marketing, and/or research related to such content or to us, and may also develop all or part of such content in other ways. The rights granted above include the right and license to use, copy, and display personal images, portraits, names, trademarks, service marks, brands, names, logos, and company marks, if any, that you own or are licensed to use and that are embedded in the content, as well as any other brand, marketing, or promotional assets, materials, and resources.
6.5 To better protect your rights, you confirm that, based on the foregoing authorization, we have the right to protect rights in content you upload and publish and in which you enjoy intellectual property rights, either ourselves or by entrusting third parties. Rights protection methods include but are not limited to monitoring infringement, sending rights protection letters, initiating litigation or arbitration, mediation, and settlement. We have the right to make decisions on rights protection matters and independently implement them.
6.6 We provide technical support for the development and operation of "PagePop," and enjoy all rights permitted by laws and regulations in all data, information, and similar items generated during the development and operation of "PagePop."
6.7 Under no circumstances should you use, remove, or tamper with any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other brand identifiers related to "PagePop" or similar brands (collectively, "Identifiers") without authorization. Without our prior written consent, you may not display, use, apply to register as trademarks, register as domain names, or otherwise use the foregoing Identifiers alone or in combination in any way, nor may you expressly or impliedly indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle such Identifiers. If your violation of this Agreement by using, removing, or tampering with Identifiers causes losses to us or others, you shall bear all legal responsibility.
7. Rules for Use of "PagePop" Information Content
7.1 Without the Company's written permission, you may not, and may not authorize, permit, or assist any third party to, engage in the following conduct with respect to information content in "PagePop" related services under this Agreement:
(1)Copying, reading, or adopting information content from "PagePop" related services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to publicity, increasing reading volume, or increasing views;
(2)Without authorization, editing, organizing, or arranging information content from "PagePop" related services and displaying it through channels other than the source pages of "PagePop" related services;
(3)Using any form of identification method, including but not limited to special identifiers or special codes, by yourself or by assisting a third party, to adversely affect, guide, transfer, or hijack traffic or reading volume related to information content from "PagePop" related services;
(4)Other illegal acquisition or use of information content from "PagePop" related services.
7.2 After obtaining the Company's written permission, your sharing, forwarding, and similar conduct with respect to information content from "PagePop" related services shall also comply with the following rules:
(1)You must not make any form of modification to the source webpages of the "PagePop" software and related services, and must not block, insert, pop up, or otherwise obstruct the display of the source pages of "PagePop" related services in any form;
(2)You must take safe, effective, and strict measures to prevent information content from "PagePop" related services from being illegally obtained by third parties through any form, including but not limited to "spider" programs;
(3)You must not use relevant data content for purposes beyond the scope of the Company's written permission, sell or commercially use it in any form, or disclose, provide, or permit third parties to use it in any way;
(4)Any act of sharing, forwarding, or copying information content from "PagePop" related services to any third party shall comply with other rules and standards formulated by the Company for this purpose.
7.3 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your conduct violates or may violate the foregoing provisions, or if you engage in other conduct that adversely affects the information and content of "PagePop" or damages the rights and interests of "PagePop" users, we have the right to handle it, including terminating services to you without prior notice and pursuing the legal responsibility of relevant parties in accordance with law.
8. Terms for Minors' Use
8.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with your guardian's consent before using the "PagePop" software and related services.
8.2 The Company values the protection of minors' personal information. Minor users should strengthen their awareness of personal protection and act cautiously when filling in personal information, and should correctly use "PagePop" related services after obtaining guardian consent and under guardian guidance.
8.3 Minor users and their guardians understand and confirm that, if you violate laws and regulations or this Agreement, you and your guardian shall bear all legal responsibilities that may result in accordance with law.
8.4 Minors should use "PagePop" related services under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, correctly learn to use the internet within a reasonable scope, avoid addiction to virtual cyberspace, and develop good internet habits.
8.5 Young users must comply with the National Youth Internet Civilization Convention:
(1)Be good at online learning and do not browse harmful information;
(2)Communicate honestly and kindly and do not insult or deceive others;
(3)Strengthen self-protection awareness and do not casually meet online friends;
(4)Maintain network security and do not disrupt network order;
(5)Benefit physical and mental health and do not become addicted to virtual cyberspace.
8.6 To better protect minors' privacy rights and interests, the Company specifically reminds you to be cautious when publishing content containing materials of minors. Once published, you are deemed to have obtained the consent of the rights holder to display information such as the minor's portrait and voice in "PagePop" related services, and to allow the Company to use and process such minor-related content according to this Agreement. If relevant content infringes the rights of minors, after receiving notice from the rights holder or based on other considerations for protecting minors' lawful rights and interests, we have the right to handle the relevant content and notify you depending on the circumstances.
8.7 Special Notice to Guardians
(1)If your ward uses "PagePop" related services, as guardian, you should guide and supervise the ward's registration and use. If your ward applies to register a "PagePop" account, the Company has the right to deem that your consent has been obtained.
(2)Your ward may use paid and other functions when using "PagePop." As guardian, please keep your payment devices, payment accounts, payment passwords, and similar items safe to avoid your ward using paid and other functions through your "PagePop" account without your consent.

9. Handling of Breach
9.1 For your violation of this Agreement or other service terms, the Company has the right to independently judge and, depending on the circumstances, take measures such as prior warnings, refusal to publish, immediate cessation of information transmission, deletion of content, restriction of some or all account functions up to termination of service provision, and permanent account closure. The Company will not bear any responsibility for consequences such as your inability to use your account and related services normally or to obtain assets or other rights and interests in your account normally as a result. The Company has the right to announce handling results and decide whether to restore use of the relevant account based on actual circumstances. For conduct suspected of violating laws and regulations or being illegal or criminal, the Company will retain relevant records and has the right to report to relevant competent authorities in accordance with law, cooperate with investigations by relevant competent authorities, report to public security authorities, and take similar actions. The Company has the right not to restore or back up deleted content.
9.2 If your violation of this Agreement or other service terms causes third-party complaints, litigation, or claims, you shall handle them yourself and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise. If your illegal conduct or breach causes the Company and its affiliates, controlled companies, or successor companies to compensate any third party or be penalized by state authorities, you shall also fully compensate the Company and its affiliates, controlled companies, and successor companies for all losses suffered as a result.
9.3 The Company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and other lawful rights and interests of users and others. If you infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, voice rights, or other rights and lawful interests, causing third-party complaints, reports, or rights protection claims through litigation or other means, we have the right to take necessary measures according to the requirements of laws and regulations. If your conduct causes the Company and its affiliates, controlled companies, or successor companies to bear compensation liability to any third party, be penalized by state authorities, or suffer other economic losses or goodwill losses, you shall compensate the Company and its affiliates, controlled companies, and successor companies for all losses suffered as a result.
10. Changes, Interruption, and Termination of Services
10.1 You understand and agree that "PagePop" related services provided by the Company are provided as they can be achieved under existing technology and conditions. The Company will make every effort to provide services to you and ensure service continuity and security. You understand that the Company cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at all times or forever, including but not limited to service interruption, inability to use "PagePop" related services normally, and other losses and risks that may be caused by force majeure, network reasons, defects in third-party services, third-party websites, and other reasons.
10.2 You understand and agree that, for the needs of overall service operation and platform operation security, the Company has the right to decide, depending on specific circumstances, the setting and scope of services/functions, and to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate "PagePop" related services. If the changed, interrupted, suspended, or terminated service is a free service, the Company does not need to notify users and does not need to assume any responsibility to any user or third party. You understand and agree that "PagePop" needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform or related equipment it provides. If such circumstances cause paid services to be interrupted within a reasonable time, "PagePop" does not need to bear any responsibility, but "PagePop" shall make announcements in advance where possible.
10.3 The "PagePop" service may change this Service or remove some of its functions at any time for any reason. The "PagePop" service may cancel or terminate services to users at any time. After service suspension or termination, the Company will make every effort to notify users through reasonable means. When you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the services, you may consult our online customer service. Once the Service is canceled or terminated, your right to use this Service immediately terminates. Once this Service is canceled or terminated, any information you store in this Service may not be recoverable.
10.4 "PagePop" will not assume any direct or indirect compensation liability for your loss of profits, business reputation, or other tangible or intangible losses caused by the following reasons:
10.4.1 Use of or inability to use the "PagePop" service;
10.4.2 Any materials, services, or information learned through the "PagePop" service;
10.4.3 Unauthorized use or modification of user materials; and other matters related to the "PagePop" service.
10.5 Disputes or losses caused by your authorization of third parties, including third-party applications, to access/use the "PagePop" service shall be your responsibility and have nothing to do with the Company.
10.6 If, before deactivating the mobile phone number bound to "PagePop," you fail to replace the bound mobile phone number, causing the new owner of the bound mobile phone number to log in to your account and steal, tamper with, or delete content in your account, you shall bear the damage consequences yourself, and they have nothing to do with "PagePop."
11. Disclaimer
11.1 You understand and agree that "PagePop" related services may be affected or interfered with by various factors. The Company does not guarantee, including but not limited to, that:
11.1.1 "PagePop" related services fully suit users' usage requirements;
11.1.2 "PagePop" related services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free, or that any software, services, or other materials obtained by users through the Company will meet users' expectations;
11.1.3 Any errors in "PagePop" related services will be corrected.
11.2 If there is online information, account passwords, advertisements, promotions, or other information suspected of involving borrowing, investment and financing, wealth management, or other property-related matters, please treat it cautiously and make your own judgment. The Company will not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive compensation liability for loss of profits, business reputation, materials, or other tangible or intangible losses you suffer as a result.
11.3 You understand and agree that, when using "PagePop" related services, you may encounter force majeure and other factors. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided, including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, and typhoons, network reasons, wars, strikes, and riots. When force majeure occurs, the Company will make efforts to repair it promptly at the first opportunity, but the Company is exempt from liability within the scope permitted by laws and regulations for any suspension, interruption, termination of services, or any losses caused by force majeure.
11.4 The Company's right to handle illegal and non-compliant content under this Agreement does not constitute an obligation or undertaking of the Company, and the Company cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal conduct or corresponding handling.
11.5 You understand and agree that, with respect to "PagePop" related services, the Company provides no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of "PagePop" related services is at your own risk.
11.6 You understand and agree that this Agreement is intended to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good morals, and protect the lawful rights and interests of users and others. The Company will, within its capacity, make its best efforts to make judgments according to relevant laws and regulations, but it does not guarantee that the Company's judgments will be completely consistent with those of judicial or administrative authorities. You have understood and agree to bear any consequences arising therefrom yourself.
11.7 Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or penal damages, including loss of profits suffered by you from using "PagePop" related services. Except where laws and regulations expressly provide otherwise, the Company's total liability to you, regardless of cause or form of conduct, shall always not exceed the fees you paid to the Company, if any, during your use of "PagePop" related services.
11.8 Any information and views you publish through the "PagePop" service do not represent the position of "PagePop," and "PagePop" is not responsible for their completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability. You are responsible for the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, and legality of the information you publish. You should independently judge illegal, immoral, incorrect, or otherwise inappropriate information that you may encounter on "PagePop," and published content that is misclassified or deceptive. Under any circumstances, any losses or injuries caused by the foregoing improper information shall be fully borne by the relevant actor.
11.9 Even if you obtain all ownership and intellectual property rights in Generated Content, this does not constitute any guarantee by "PagePop" that the Generated Content is copyrightable, applicable for intellectual property protection, or registrable as intellectual property. The determination of rights, ownership, and legal nature of Generated Content may change due to developments in laws and regulations. You understand and accept the potential risks that Generated Content may not be copyrightable, may not be protected under intellectual property law, and may not be eligible for intellectual property registration, and confirm that such matters shall be determined according to the latest issued and currently effective legal norms.
11.10 "PagePop" does not make any guarantee that content you generate through this Platform service is original. Due to the limitations and uncertainty of machine learning and other AI technologies, generated items you create using "PagePop" may have certain similarities with generated items created by other "PagePop" users. You understand and accept such potential risks.
12. Governing Law
12.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid because it conflicts with the laws of the People's Republic of China, those provisions shall be reinterpreted and applied, without violating law, according to the principle of being as close as possible to the purpose of the original provision of this Agreement, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If any term of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other terms.
12.2 If any dispute arises between you and "PagePop" due to this Agreement, the parties may resolve it through consultation. If consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court where the Company is located.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 To continuously improve "PagePop" services and adapt to adjustments in national laws and regulations, the "PagePop" User Agreement will be revised and improved from time to time, and such revisions constitute part of this Agreement. Before the updated terms of this Agreement take effect, we will remind you of the updated content through an announcement on the official website (https://agent.pagepop.cn/) or other appropriate means, so that you can timely learn the latest version of this Agreement. You may also review the latest version of the agreement terms on the website homepage.
If you continue to use "PagePop" related services, you are deemed to agree to accept the revised contents of this Agreement. If you object to the modified agreement terms, please immediately stop logging in to or using "PagePop" related services. If you continue to log in and use "PagePop" related services, you are deemed to recognize and accept the revised agreement terms.
13.2 The headings in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision in this Agreement.
13.3 You and the Company are independent entities. Under no circumstances does this Agreement constitute any form of express or implied guarantee or condition by the Company to you, nor does it create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
